Thirst

I’m stuck in a dimension devoid of time there is only nothingness no feeling but want and thirst. I need life oh to be alive again and not to have this feeling of emptiness this lost and lonely feeling how can it be quenched.

Behind Bars

I seems I have spend my life behind bars, not the iron kind but the mahogany ones. The problem is I love it! I am unapologetic about it too so if you don't like it you can jog on!

ONE FLEW SOUTH
If you have to be in the Atlanta airport I recommend One Flew South to eat and have a few cocktails. I enjoyed both there.
My favorites there where: The Sazerac, a neat Rye Whiskey with Absent and bitters drink that originated in New Orleans in the 1800's.
The Tuna Sashimi and pork belly where excellent my friend.

Finished my first Half Ironman 70.3 in New Orleans and it wasn't too bad. It was easier than one day in the Airborne Infantry! Hardest part was not drinking and partying too much in NOLA before the race. That was really tough.

Wall Street Wealth

Goldman Sachs fourth quarter profits are $4.95 billion. Their 2009 profits $13.4 billion USD. You may say wow $13,400,000,000. So just how much is a billion?

Let’s look at it this way:A million minutes ago was- 1 year, 329 days, 10 hours and 40 minutes ago. A Billion minutes ago the Roman Empire ruled the known world.

What makes this even crazier is that right now I am watching CNN and unemployed persons are begging for jobs and help on there30 second pitch for jobseekers segment. The economy was trashed by their gambling with our money in the first place. We must place some restrictions on this system.

Most of us will never know this kind of money and we only want enough to just live our lives while a segment of our population is becoming super wealthy. What has happened to the America Dream?

Yea, yea I know if you don’t like it you should move to Europe. Well let me ponder how awful that is Europe with their free medical care, their average 33.4 annual paid days leave per year, and the great public transportation?

Yes just awful!
